This study is a
comprehensive 2006 revision of the
Commodity Flows Forecast study which
was prepared for Transport Canada by
TAF Consultants of Ottawa, Canada in
March 2004. The study required the
development of comprehensive modal
(marine, rail and for-hire trucking)
commodity flows analysis and
